Hiring Contract's specialist to work for large Credit Union in Anaheim

Job Description:

Conduct legal reviews of new contracts and contract renewals

in alignment with policies.

• Manage outsourced legal reviews, ensuring quality and consistency across all external assessments.
• Review evergreen and auto-renewal contracts to confirm terms remain current and compliant.
• Perform periodic audits of legacy contracts to ensure alignment with evolving organizational standards.
• Maintain a centralized, up-to-date database of fully executed vendor contracts.
• Monitor contract timelines and proactively notify business owners of upcoming expirations or renewal opportunities.

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contract law, legal review, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle and risk assessment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate legal implications clearly to senior executives.
• Experience with contract management systems is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
