About The Role
We are seeking OSP Inspectors to support a major fiber expansion initiative for a leading fiber provider. This program focuses on building new underground fiber routes to data centers, enabling next-generation connectivity and high-capacity infrastructure for enterprise clients.
Your primary responsibility will be documenting construction progress and site conditions using an iPad—capturing photos, noting issues, and sharing updates with the project team.

- Take clear, detailed photos of underground fiber construction activities and site conditions.
- Upload and share images daily to provide visibility for remote project teams.
- Record concise notes on progress, issues, and compliance with construction plans.
- Communicate any concerns promptly to the Construction Manager.
- Prior experience in utility or construction inspection (OSP experience ideal but not required).
- Strong preference for underground utility experience (boring, trenching, conduit placement).
- Ability to use an iPad or similar device for photo documentation and reporting.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and traveling locally.
