Mortgage-Loan Officer Assistant

TEKsystems is currently hiring Loan Officer Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution!

Job Description

• To provide a variety of administrative support functions within respective business unit(s), in support of daily operations.
• Under immediate supervision, follow basic processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks.
• Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely and accurate service.
• May serve as contact coordinator by handling general phone calls, directing visitor traffic and scheduling events/meetings.
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
• Entry level Administrative role, completes work with little autonomy.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
• Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through various media channels
• Collect, prepare, and maintain data for analysis, reports, and reference
• Collect, sort, and distribute reports, correspondence, on-line messages, and faxes
• Act as liaison between business units in support of operational initiatives
• Establish, organize, and maintain filing systems
• Operate and maintain standard office equipment
• Maintain hardcopy and/or computer-based files and records

• Basic clerical, technical or administrative skills
• Basic keyboarding/typing skills
• Basic skill reviewing documents for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet software skills
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Pensacola, FL/ HYBRID schedule working 4 days onsite per week

Pay: $19/hour

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
