About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support real estate transactions from title clearance through loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met
- Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record
- Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in scheduling closing dates and times
- Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements
- Prepare and send closing packages to closing agents
- Coordinate and communicate daily with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and closing agents
- Facilitate smooth transaction flow from title clearance to loan disbursement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Experience with real estate closings, title, or mortgage processes preferred
- Comfortable working within multiple systems and tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
