We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to join a leading commercial construction project team. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Leads, and Superintendents to create and manage calendars for project implementation through completion.
- Monitor workload distribution, customer delivery, and installation progress.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or escalate issues to Project Management.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly schedule reports.
- Support project process improvements and promote company culture and mission.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 2 years of experience with Primavera P6.
- Proven scheduling experience in commercial construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with resource loading, earned value reporting, and CPM methodology.
- Excellent communication skills for written and oral presentations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Location: Montgomery, AL (Industrial Park Blvd)
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, on-site.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel to Temple, TX one week per month.
- Pay Range: $53–$62/hour (based on experience).
- Drug Test: Required.
