Microsoft Dynamics Administrator

Description

The D365 F&O Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting business processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration
• Manage and configure D365 F&O environments (Production, UAT, SIT, Gold).
• Set up and maintain organizational email templates and Exchange Server synchronization.
• Implement and monitor workflows for financial, HR, and operational modules.
• Security & Compliance
• Define and maintain security roles and segregation of duties (SOD) policies.
• Assign user roles and manage access to legal entities in compliance with internal standards.
• Support SOX compliance and audit readiness for system changes.
• Data Management
• Oversee data migration, integration, and validation processes.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to enterprise security protocols.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and IT operations for incident resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain system configuration documentation and update role mapping.
• Generate and deliver custom reports as required by business units.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture.
• Experience with environment management, configuration, and security setup.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange integration and organizational email templates.
• Understanding of financial processes, HR modules, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Administrator Associate.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and related tools for deployment
  
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
