Work Schedule: Between 11:00 AM –11:30 PM EST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
- Reliable and punctual, especially during training
