Work Schedule - Hybrid/Onsite: Between 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)

- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
- Reliable and punctual, especially during training
