Key Responsibilities
- Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Document interactions and updates using internal systems
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Previous call center or customer service experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)
- Fully onsite position
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift within this time range
- During training, employees select their top 3 shift preferences (not guaranteed)
- Training period (first 3 weeks): ~30 hours/week
- Standard shifts include:
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- One unpaid 30-minute lunch
- Hybrid work may be considered after ~90 days based on performance metrics
- Start: 7/06/2026
- Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour
- Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
