Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members and healthcare providers
- Address questions related to claims processing, benefit coverage, and eligibility verification
- Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Investigate and resolve issues using problem-solving skills
- Document interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Proven experience in call center or high-volume customer service environments (required)
- Healthcare or insurance experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance professionally
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with:
- Microsoft Teams
- Word
- Excel
