- Communicating with patients and outside offices regarding appointments and referrals
- Verifying insurance and authorizations
- Processing referrals and assisting with billing follow‑ups
- Answering incoming calls in a high‑volume setting
Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual in Farsi or Arabic
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Experience with appointment scheduling or reception
- Insurance verification or referral processing experience
- Prior healthcare or medical office experience
