- Process and adjust medical insurance claims
- Answer calls from clients and medical providers regarding payments
- Review EOBs and medical billing information
- Research and resolve claim issues and documentation requests
- Assist with appeals and payment audits
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems for tracking
- Entry-level candidates looking to build on experience with medical claims and proccessing
- Strong customer service and data entry skills
- Comfortable working on the phone and with details
