Manager Of Support

The Manager of Support will be responsible for leading a team of support that handle enterprise applications with the organization.

Description

• Manage and lead the support team
• Responsible for the hiring and performance of the team.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding standards.
• Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations
• Maintain vendor relationships and act as liaison between IT and business units.
• Drive process improvements, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and ITIL standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical support or application support teams.
• Supporting team that focus on enterprise application support (EX: ERP, CRM, ITSM, etc)
• Strong communication and process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and support metrics.
• Ability to work onsite is needed
  
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
