- Contract Duration: 520-hour contract-to-hire, long term opportunity
- Compensation: Fixed rates (no opportunity for negotiation)
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–6 weeks; between 8 AM–5 PM EST (subject to change)
- Registered Nure $29/hr
- LPN $24/hr
- 11:30am – 8pm EST(2 openings)
- 9-5:30pm EST(1 opening)
- 7:30am-4pm EST (1 opening)
- Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums, or supplemental reviews.
- Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales are provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations.
- Confirm client instructions and specifications are followed and all questions addressed.
- Verify each review is supported by current clinical citations and references from reputable medical journals/publications.
- Ensure content, format, and professional appearance of reports meet company standards.
- Confirm appropriate board specialty review per client specifications or state mandates, documented accurately.
- Verify peer reviewer attestation to facts and absence of conflict of interest.
- Ensure provider credentials and signature are included in final report.
- Identify inconsistencies and contact Peer Reviewer for clarification, modification, or correction.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal ERISA and state mandates.
- Provide insight to management on consultant quality, availability, and compliance with policies/procedures.
- Promote efficient utilization of company resources.
- Participate in educational and training activities as required.
