About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Configure and program telecommunications devices and systems
- Support VoIP, PBX systems, routers, switches, and structured cabling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable network performance
- Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service activities
- Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards
- Stay current with emerging telecommunications technologies and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems and structured cabling (Cat6)
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Cat6 cabling experience
- Strong work ethic
