Lead Java Developer

Description

Looking for a Lead Java Developer to join the Edge (Employees Delivering Greater Experience) team. Edge is the Enterprise CRM Platform. This candidate will be responsible for supporting licensing & NAO (new account opening) demographics. This initiative puts heavy focus on license optimization, plus it will focus on New Account Opening and Demographic pain points. This effort cuts millions in wasted license costs by removing tools we don’t use. It also strengthens our hands in future Salesforce contract negotiations and helps us avoid getting locked into expensive, outdated assumptions. On top of that, it immediately reduces system issues, like mismatched user data that currently creates ~8,000 support tickets each month. They will work with different Scrum teams and managers. This Developer will be responsible for Agile ceremonies, heads-down development, design sessions, assigning tasks and stories, reviewing designs from developers, and mentoring junior developers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
