Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation projects for access control, CCTV, intrusion, and IP-based security systems
- Run, terminate, configure, and test low-voltage cabling and system components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts
- Provide day-to-day direction to technicians on-site
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on job sites
- Ensure quality control, project timelines, and proper system functionality
- Perform system commissioning, troubleshooting, and final turnover
- Track project progress and maintain documentation
- Deliver strong customer service and maintain professional communication
- Experience installing and servicing enterprise security systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV / IP Video Systems
- Intrusion / Alarm Systems
- Networking fundamentals (IP-based systems)
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams
- Experience reading blueprints and coordinating installs
