- A strong commitment to delivering high-touch (“white glove”) end-user support, with a passion for creating excellent user experiences across all levels of the organization
- Ability to operate across L1–L3 support, handling both frontline issues and more advanced troubleshooting
- A team-first mindset; while this role operates independently onsite, you’ll be part of a collaborative regional IT team that actively supports one another
- Proven professional stability and reliability, with a track record of long-term contributions in prior roles
- Experience in environments supporting field operations, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing users is highly preferred
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn—training will be provided on internal tools and processes
- Serve as the sole onsite IT resource, supporting approximately 350–500 end users
- Provide IT support for a mix of:
- Office-based employees (sales office environment)
- Field technicians (HVAC installation teams)
- Warehouse/distribution/manufacturing users
- Support a wide range of technologies including:
- Zebra/label printers and scanners
- Standard endpoint devices and enterprise IT systems
- Candidates with consistent work history and demonstrated commitment to previous employers are strongly preferred
- All applicants will complete a Windows 11 technical assessment, with a required passing score of 75% or higher to move forward
