We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with hands‑on experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365. This role focuses on end‑user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and peripheral device support to ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and core productivity applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, performing break/fix support on desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, cameras, and other end‑user accessories.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize user downtime.
- Provide clear, professional communication to end users while documenting issues and resolutions according to support processes.
- 2 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- 2 years of hands‑on experience with hardware and software installations, configurations, and break/fix support.
- 2 years of experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, cameras, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑focused approach to IT support.
This is a Contract position based out of Madisonville, KY.
