We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Support software applications
- Handle incident and service requests using ticketing system
- Support users with login, password resets, and access issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common applications
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 2 years of IT Support experience
- Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with security and access control processes
