IT Service Desk Specialist

Overview

• Our customer is seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to join their team while an employee is on temporary leave for 3 months starting beginning of 2026. Would be onsite in the Fort Collins area.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users, including execs
• Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets and printer problems.
• Manage and resolve tickets using Fresh Service and Fresh Desk.
• Familiarity with End Point Central, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Outlook - be able to provide troubleshooting support for end users.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotations for after-hours support
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve common IT issues quickly.
• Proven customer support experience with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
