Description
Daily Duties:
- Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance.
- Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights
- Provide support to small business sales and service team.
- Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives.
- Dependability in attendance and punctuality required.
- Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
