What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- ESOP and 401(k) administration experience (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus
- Experience with unionized skilled labor (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of federal and Hawaii employment laws
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- HRIS system and reporting proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality
