IT Support / Help Desk Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Model: Fully Remote (must reside in Utah)

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, customer‑focused IT Support professional to join an internal help desk team supporting employees across North America. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live technical support via inbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Troubleshoot software, application, and OS‑level issues
  • Deliver a professional, world‑class customer service experience
  • Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve user issues
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support
  • Support a mixed Windows and macOS environment


Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Customer‑service mindset with a friendly, professional approach
  • Around 1 year of IT support or help desk experience
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment


Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting Mac devices, tablets, or mobile devices


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
