Key Responsibilities
- Provide live technical support via inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Troubleshoot software, application, and OS‑level issues
- Deliver a professional, world‑class customer service experience
- Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve user issues
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support
- Support a mixed Windows and macOS environment
- Experience supporting or basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer‑service mindset with a friendly, professional approach
- Around 1 year of IT support or help desk experience
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting Mac devices, tablets, or mobile devices
