Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and clinical application projects (small to large scale) Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication Partner with cross-functional teams including: IT infrastructure Application development/support Clinical/EHR teams Drive prioritization and execution across a large project backlog (90 initiatives) Implement and promote Agile principles and best practices within a traditionally waterfall environment Develop project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications Facilitate key meetings including: Project kickoffs Status updates Risk mitigation sessions Identify process improvement opportunities and help mature PM team capabilities Ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulatory considerations
