- Make outbound calls to patients for:
- Pharmacy refill confirmations
- Annual wellness visit scheduling
- ER outreach for frequent emergency room visitors
- New authorizations and other leadership-driven initiatives
- Accurately enter and manage data in Excel and internal systems
- Perform insurance and benefit verifications
- Coordinate care and follow-up tasks as needed
- Customer service experience in a healthcare or call center setting
- Prior authorization and insurance/benefit verification
- Excel proficiency (hide, copy, paste, filter)
- Data entry and scheduling
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Project coordination or management experience
- Broader medical or clinical experience
