We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Alarm Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial security and fire alarm systems . This role is strictly non‑residential , supporting offices, industrial facilities, retail, and institutional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial intrusion and fire alarm systems
- Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance in active commercial facilities
- Diagnose wiring, device, panel, and communication issues
- Conduct fire alarm testing in accordance with applicable codes and local requirements
- Document service work, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts, and internal teams
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- 1 year experience with commercial low‑voltage alarm systems
- Experience servicing commercial fire alarm and security systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, plans, and device layouts
- Familiarity with commercial jobsite environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
