- Work across multiple systems to track, update, and manage a large pipeline of mortgage files
- Communicate with internal teams and third‑party partners to gather and verify borrower documentation
- 1 year of experience in financial services or a strong administrative/data entry background
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and systems
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Mortgage or banking experience is a plus, not required
