What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
- Learn and confidently sell AV solutions (hardware, software, and services)
- Create proposals, quotes, and client presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
- High energy, competitive mindset, and strong drive to succeed
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized
- Confident and professional communication style
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles
- Internship or leadership experience
