- Customer Service & Phone Communication - inbound and outbound calling
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fact paced environment
- Attention to Detail & Proficiency with systems (basic tech savvy, can download an app, can log into a computer system using username and password and navigate in system)
- Documenting calls and actions appropriately
