This role is ideal for an IT professional with foundational desktop support experience who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support across three hospital locations, focusing on hardware deployment and rollout initiatives
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and related peripherals
- Respond to and resolve hardware-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and administrative operations
- Manage and update service tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with team members to support daily operations and maintain a cohesive, high-performing support environment
- 6 months of desktop support or IT support experience in a professional environment
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, setup, and deployment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting healthcare environments or hospital systems (e.g., Epic) is a plus but not required
