What You'll Be Doing
- Support large-scale hardware rollouts and device deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and basic IT issues
- Provide high-quality support to end users
- Manage and work through incoming support tickets
- Collaborate closely with a team to ensure smooth rollout execution

What We're Looking For
