What You’ll Do
Member & Loan Officer Support
- Act as a key communication link between Loan Officers and members.
- Provide timely updates, guidance, and support throughout the entire mortgage application process.
- Communicate with members daily—approximately 50% by phone and the remainder through virtual channels.
- Collect and review required documents to determine loan approvability.
- Analyze income, assets, and supporting financial documentation.
- Maintain accuracy when updating information in loan operating systems.
- Manage applications from pre‑application through post‑application stages.
- Oversee a personal pipeline of 45–60 active loan applications, with higher volume during peak seasons.
- Work from an assigned queue after Loan Officers complete the initial setup, allowing you to efficiently finalize outstanding requirements.
