About The Role

A fast-growing mortgage company is transitioning from LendingPad to Encompass and is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Encompass Administrator to lead the system migration and optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from LendingPad to Encompass, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal disruption.
• Configure and customize Encompass personas, business rules, input forms, and third-party integrations.
• Support and train end-users across sales and operations, providing troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Design and implement custom workflows, loan templates, and automation rules to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and executive leadership to align Encompass with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Certified Encompass Administrator (preferred) with 2 years of hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of mortgage origination workflows, compliance, and LOS integrations
• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Passion for making systems smarter and more efficient
  
  
  

Highly Preferred

• ICE Mortgage Technology credentials or Encompass Developer experience
• Prior experience with LOS migrations, especially LendingPad → Encompass
• Familiarity with Zapier, APIs, SDKs, or scripting for advanced customization

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
