Description

This company is hiring for Customer Solution Center Digital Support Specialists to support their acquisition and merger with Cadence Bank. Effective June 19th all systems will be converging and there will be an increase in customer calls and support needed for various banking products (deposit accounts, loans, LOC's, Trusts, etc..). They are VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED and they want to ensure their newest customer base has a great early experience with the move to in different departments. Their tag line is "WELCOME". These workers must embody the their mindset, attitude, and culture above ALL ELSE.

SHIFTS: Shifts start as early as 7am-330pm and as late as 1130am-8pm. All shifts outside extreme situations will require a Saturday or Sunday (mostly Saturdays). We will be able to provide them a PERMANENT SET SCHEDULE once out of training. Training will be 8am-5pm (figuring out for how long).

Summary: The Customer Solution Center (CSC) Digital Support Specialist serves as a Tier II technical expert, providing advanced support for their online and mobile banking platforms. This role is pivotal in educating customers on digital products and enhancements, driving adoption of our technology offerings, and delivering a seamless digital experience. Specialists also support overflow from other Lines of Business (LOBs), demonstrating flexibility and cross-functional expertise to meet customer needs across the enterprise.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II support for digital banking products and services, including troubleshooting issues related to login, navigation, alerts, transfers, and third-party integrations (e.g., Quicken, QuickBooks).
  • Assist customers with general deposit account inquiries and provide overflow support for other specialty LOBs such as Lending, Cards, and Investments, as needed.
  • Deliver first-contact resolution by anticipating customer needs and applying deep product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of thedigital platforms, policies, procedures, and service enhancements through continuous learning and training.
  • Manage reputational risk by adhering to all compliance, security, and operational standards.
  • Demonstrate Core Values and Category of One behaviors in every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and back-office teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support CSC initiatives and contribute to team goals through active participation in coaching, feedback sessions, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support CSC operations and customer satisfaction.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work ON SITE EVERY DAY, and have near perfect attendance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in typing, grammar, and spelling
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate multiple systems
  • Experience with digital banking tools such as Microsoft Office, various internet browsers, QuickBooks, Bank-to-Bank transfers, and PC Banking
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Quick learner with strong retention and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to support multiple LOBs and pivot between service areas with ease

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
