- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment
- Perform PC imaging and deployments
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates
- Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary ________________________________________ Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in IT support or related field
- Technical Skills: o Windows 10/11 administration o Imaging and deployment tools o Microsoft 365 support o Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, tablets)
