The analyst will verify lawful presence for individuals enrolled in state-funded healthcare using Hawaiʻi’s Medicaid system, KOLEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Log into the State of Hawaiʻi Medicaid system (KOLEA) to review enrollee records
- Verify lawful presence documentation for state-funded healthcare members
- Process and advance cases through the system queue to “federally verified” status
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements
- Meet strict deadlines to support statewide compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills (data entry, system navigation, basic troubleshooting)
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work with sensitive information
- Reliable home workspace suitable for remote work
- Must reside on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi
- Onsite Day 1: Report to the DHS office in Kapolei to retrieve equipment
- 100% Remote thereafter
- High-visibility, mission-critical project for the State of Hawaiʻi
- Federal compliance required to protect Medicaid funding
