- Fiber Splicing: Single and ribbon splicing, including high-count cables (e.g., 6912 fibers)
- Testing: OTDR, power meter, and troubleshooting test results
- Cable Management: Mid-sheath entry, relocations, hot cuts, and enclosure installation
- Documentation: Reading/interpreting prints, creating trackers, Smart Sheets
- Data Center Experience: Working with mass fusion splicers and pre-terminated pigtails
- Experience with mass fusion splicing in data center environments
- Ability to prep, splice, and test high-count cables (e.g., 6912s)
- Strong safety-first mindset
- Willingness to travel and work long hours
- Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
