What You’ll Do
- Install and splice fiber optic and copper cabling
- Perform terminations and ensure proper labeling and testing
- Work onsite in a construction environment, adhering to all safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines
- Participate in safety training and wear required protective equipment
- Hands-on experience with fiber installation and splicing
- Experience with copper installation and splicing
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite and comply with safety protocols
- Familiarity with data center builds and structured cabling standards
- Previous experience in telecom or low-voltage environments
- Ability to travel for future projects
- Long-term project with potential for conversion to full-time
