This position reports to the Dealer Chat Engagement Lead and offers high visibility across the organization, including opportunities to present findings to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports across Dealer Chat departments
- Maintain and update performance dashboards
- Leverage Power BI to create clear, compelling data visualizations
- Use the XM Discover tool to supplement analytics with customer insights
- Analyze historical performance data to inform annual planning, goal setting, and forecasting
- Support KPI definition development and goal adjustments
- Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar and digital headcount reporting
- Assist forecasting teams with scheduling support and audit activities
- Participate in quarterly analytics forums to share trends, challenges, and best practices
- Educate and coach team members on analytics, metrics, and reporting interpretation
- Collaborate with Team Leads, Coordinators, and Support teams on ad hoc projects
- Participate in weekly operational meetings, vendor meetings, and revenue strategy discussions
- Foster a metrics-driven culture that supports continuous improvement and business growth
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices
- Working knowledge of basic SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to tell a compelling story using data
- Ability to present insights to executive-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Dealer Chat or digital customer engagement analytics
- Customer-centric, results-driven mindset
- Collaborative relationship builder who thrives in team environments
- Self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for continuous learning
- Comfortable operating in high-visibility, high-impact roles
