Data Analysis & Insights
- End‑to‑End Data Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to evaluate historical performance, uncover root causes of trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to inform future strategies.
- Business Process Mapping: Proven ability to create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) to analyze funding systems and operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Visual Communication: Skilled at translating complex processes and system interactions into clear, intuitive, non‑technical visuals that effectively communicate opportunities and insights to stakeholders.

- Outcome‑Oriented Planning: Ability to work backward from defined business outcomes to determine the technical, operational, and process steps required to achieve success.
- Experience with automotive funding processes and the broader eFunding ecosystem.
- Technical proficiency with RouteOne and robotic process automation tools such as UiPath.
