About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and experience in order processing. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage sales orders, support the sales team, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer sales orders accurately through SAP
- Enter and track orders from receipt through fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, orders, and inventory availability
- Research products, review inventory levels, and provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution
- Support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems
- 2–3 years of customer service, customer support, or account support experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Experience with order processing and order entry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts
- Experience in inventory management or product support
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
