Role Overview
As a Creative Services Designer, you will create high-quality content that strategically aligns with business objectives. This role requires strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. You will interpret creative briefs, work closely with internal teams and external agencies, and deliver creative solutions that meet key business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design for digital (email, web banners, social), print, merchandise, and apparel.
- Create pixel-perfect files and Photoshop setups for email campaigns.
- Perform photo retouching, especially for vehicles.
- Occasionally produce freeform drawings for logos and line art.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Participate in asset reviews and client feedback sessions.
- Support departments beyond the immediate division and take on new projects as needed.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent product knowledge and ability to pivot across diverse projects.
- Strong soft skills for collaboration and business acumen to understand objectives.
- Ability to create pixel-perfect digital and print assets.
- Passion for learning new skills and staying ahead of design trends.
- Self-starter attitude with enthusiasm for new opportunities.
- Experience in videography, video editing, and CG (computer graphics) is a plus.
