The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will serve as a key partner between creative teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high quality standard. Strong Figma expertise is required.

You will serve as a key partner between creative teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high quality standard. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple creative and technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across creative, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
- Partner with creative teams to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, project updates, executive summaries, and strategic communications in Figma.
- Maintain organized asset management systems, file structures, and version control processes.
- Drive process improvements and develop scalable workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Support the creation and implementation of AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow enhancements.
- Facilitate team meetings, standups, onboarding initiatives, and training programs.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze and visualize project data using reporting tools to communicate progress and insights.
- 5 years of project management or creative production experience within a technology or software development environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept through completion.
- Advanced experience with Figma, including presentation and deck creation.
- Experience managing work within task management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience facilitating standups and coordinating small teams of approximately 5-10 contributors.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes, workflows, or team productivity.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, or other emerging AI capabilities.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments.
- Familiarity with AR/VR technologies, wearable technologies, or mobile application development.
- Exposure to audio production workflows, sound design processes, or audio production software.
- Ability to translate broad concepts into structured requirements, workflows, and actionable deliverables.
