š¹ What Youāll Do
- Handle mostly outbound collection calls
- Work 30/60/90 day delinquent and chargedāoff accounts
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions (extensions, refinancing, hardship options)
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Navigate difficult financial conversations with professionalism
- 1ā3 years of collections or member services experience (credit union/bank preferred)
- Call center experience
- Strong communication & problemāsolving skills
- Spanish is a plus, not required
