You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client communications via email.
- Build and maintain positive, reliable relationships with assigned clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to products and services.
- Collaborate with internal team members and leadership to determine effective resolutions.
- Utilize internal systems, tools, and platforms to support client success and provide coaching as needed.
- Stay current on regulations, internal policies, and procedural updates to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Perform data validation and quality control to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personally identifiable information (PII).
- Share job knowledge and best practices with teammates to support team effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent in‑office attendance, availability to clients, and participation in team and company activities.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on skills and business needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven experience managing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Comfortable multitasking and working with diverse personalities, including clients and internal teams.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in regulated or compliance‑driven environments a plus
- In‑office role within a fast‑paced, collaborative team setting
- Regular interaction with internal teams and external clients
- Schedule requires consistent availability during standard business hours
