Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, agents, and adjusters
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with claims-related inquiries
- Enter new claims information and update existing claims documentation
- Process and maintain claim files, documents, and correspondence
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and mail distribution
- Assist claims personnel with follow-up activities and claim support functions
- Greet and direct visitors and route inquiries appropriately
- Support office operations through scheduling, supply ordering, and general administrative duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, office support, or call center experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to learn are encouraged to apply
