What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, agents, and claimants
- Support new claims setup and update claim documentation
- Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry and file processing
- Provide helpful, professional service and route inquiries as needed
- Assist teams with follow-ups and claim-related support activities
- Worksite: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends)
