• Someone that’s able to work well under pressure – high volume but need to be organized.
• This role will be around underwriting – processes and procedures exist. Controls and control reporting is all set up.
• Specifically looking for people with underwriting – income documentation, full decisioning, manual letters.
• Process is very manual – done through decisioning tool. No workflow tool.
• Calculating escrow on mortgage loan – have to read job aid so you know what field to grab. Performing calculations in Excel.
• Performance measurements – have a pipeline of files, measure based on aging of accounts, has a live spreadsheet and they have to go in and update their loans. SLA reporting and shows where they’re at. Expectations are clear.
• Goal is 12 loans modified and booked and mailed out. Touching can mean they want to get appraisal, escrow quote, etc.
• Call at 8am CST everyday to talk through performance and talk through where everyone is at.
• Quality needs to be very high. Very intense QC process, they will reject and they can’t have that.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
