- Prior experience leading software evaluation process
- Lead stakeholder interviews across business and IT teams to gather requirements
- Compare vendors using a scorecard
- Drive RFI/RFP processes and vendor demos

- Ability to independently drive initiatives end‑to‑end
- Retail Experience
- Oracle Fusion familiarity
